A 38-year-old died after being gunned down in the area of Habaraduwa this morning (May 24), the police said.

He was travelling in a three-wheeler when two gunmen who arrived on motorcycle opened fire at him.
The shooting victim died on the spot while his wife was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
