Ceypetco Slashes Auto Diesel and Petrol 92 Prices – Effective from Midnight
The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (Ceypetco) has officially announced a revision to fuel prices, with the new rates coming into effect from midnight today (June 29).
In a move that brings some relief to motorists, the price of Auto Diesel has been slashed by Rs. 25, bringing it down to Rs. 382 per litre. Similarly, the price of Petrol 92 Octane has also seen a reduction, dropping by Rs. 20 to Rs. 414 per litre.
However, Ceypetco has confirmed that the prices of other fuel products will remain at their current levels. Super Diesel will continue to be priced at Rs. 478 per litre, Petrol 95 Octane at Rs. 478 per litre, and Kerosene at Rs. 285 per litre.

Auto Diesel – Rs. 382 per litre (reduced by Rs. 25)
Super Diesel – Rs. 478 per litre (unchanged)
Petrol 92 Octane – Rs. 414 per litre (reduced by Rs. 20)
Petrol 95 Octane – Rs. 478 per litre (unchanged)
Kerosene – Rs. 285 per litre (unchanged)
The state-owned fuel retailer has urged consumers to adhere to the official price list at all Ceypetco filling stations across the island.
