The Department of Meteorology has announced that on today (17), a few showers may occur in the Western, Sabaragamuwa, and North-Western provinces, as well as in the Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Galle, and Matara districts. The rest of the island will mainly experience dry weather conditions.
